Prayer and Fasting plus Communion — To declare the whole counsel of God

Holiness: for the prince of this world cometh and hath nothing in one. title: the power of holiness Lev 20:7-8 says ''Santify yourselves therefore and be ye holy: for I am the Lord your God and ye shall keep my statutes and do them: I am the lord which santify you'' touch not the unclean thing Lev 20:26 says ''And ye shall be holy unto me: for i the lord am holy and have saved you from other people, that ye should be mine'' Lev11:44 says ''For i am the lord your God: ye shall therefore santify yourselves; and ye shall be holy, for i am holy'' Lev 11:45 says ''For i am the lord that bringeth you up out of the land of Egypt, to be your God; ye shall therefore be holy, for i am holy'' 1 Pet 1:14-16 says ''As obedient children not fashioning yourselvs according to the former hosts in your ignorance: but as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation because it is written, be ye holy for i am holy'' 2 Pet 2:9 says ''But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people, that ye should show forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light'' 1 Thess 4:7 says ''For God hath not called us into uncleaness but into holiness''. Lk 1:74-75 says ''That he would grant unto us, that we being delivered out of the hand of our enemies, might serve him without fear, in holiness and righteousness before him all the days of our life'' Heb 12:14 says ''Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the lord'' Obadiah 1:17 says ''But upon mount zion shall be deliverance, and there shall be holiness, and the house of Jacob shall possess their possessions''
2. Good works - Abiding in Good works Eph 2:10 says ''For we are his workmanship created in christ Jesus for good works which God prepared before that we should walk in them'' 2Tim 2:21 says ''Therefore if anyone cleanses hinself from tje latter, he will be a vessel for honour, sanctified and useful for the master,prepared for every good work. Acts 10:38 says ''How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power, who want about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with him'' John 14:12 says ''Most absordly, i say to you, he who believes in me, the works that i do he will do also and greater works than these he will do, because i go to my father'' James2:14-22 says
3. that faith cannot save you without worksuit
4. faith without works is dead. v17, v20
5. good works is how you are helping people particularly the destitute v15-16
6. you show your faith by your good works v18 if you believe without good works you are not better than the devil. meaning you are wicked v19
7. you are foolish if you refuse to engage in good works v20
8. good works must go hand in hand for you to be justified v22
9. faith is protected by good works v22
10. good works progit the door. v14, v16. Mt 5:16 says ''Let your light so shame before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your father which is in heaven'' 2 Pet 2:12 says ''Having your conduct honourable among the gentiles, that when they speak against you as evildoers they may by your good works which they, glorify God in the day fo visitation'' Titus 3:8 says ''This is a faithful saying and these things i want you to affirm constantly that those who have behaved in God should be careful to maintain good works. These things are good and profitable to men. Titus 3:14 says

''And let our people also learn to maintain good works, to meet urgent

needs, that they may not be unfruitful''

Gal 6:9-10 says

''And let us not grow weary while closing good for in the season we

shall reap if we do not lose heart. Therefore as we have oppurtunity,

let us do good to all, especially to those who are of the household of

faith''

1. Grace for Giving - Abounding in Giving

2 Cor 8:1-7 says

1. There was a special grace of giving bestowed on the mecedonia

churches.

1. In the most of trials and difficulties they gave with joy

1. Even those who were poor gave their way through to riches v2

1. According to their ability and even beyond their ability they gave

freely v3.

1. They gave with a sense of urgency v4

1. They gave themselves (life) to God first and it was easy for them to

give what they have.

1. They also ensured that the good work of giving grace the Lord has

started in them, he perfected it.

1. Not only do they have

faith,talking,knowledge,diligence-hardwork,love but they also

abounded in the grace of giving.

1. They were in healty competition of giving as a church 2 Cor 9:1-5

2 Cor 9:6-15 says

1. That God is able to make this grace for giving abound unto you v8

1. The secret of having all sufficiency or property is abound in the

grace of giving v8

1. It is your giving that fills and increases your good works v8

1. Your giving must be bountefully to yeild bumper harvest v6

1. Your giving must be purpose driven v7 v12

1. Your giving not to die, it must be void of grudging. God loves a

cheerful v7

1. Your giving must be enveloped in faith v9-10

1. Your giving increases your righteousness v.10

1. your giving will cause many to give God thanks v11 v12.

1. Giving is a prove of your ministry v13a

1. Giving ia a mark of your obedience to the gospel of christ v13b

1. People will pray for you and desire to be your friend when you

abound in the grace of giving. You raise automatic prayer warriors for yourself.

1. Open Doors- Locating and Stepping into your Open Doors

Rev 3:7-8 says ''And to the angelof the church in Philadelphia write. these things says he who is holy, he who is true, he who has the keys of David, he who opens and no one shuts, and shuts and shuts and no one opens. I know your works see i have set before you an open door, and no one can shut it; for you have a little(faith) strength, have kept my word, and have not denied my name. Isa 45:1-3 says ''This saith the Lord to his anointed, to Cyrus whose right hand i have hold on to subdue nations, before him; and i will loose the lains of kings, to open befor him the two leared gates; but the gates shall not be shut, i will go before thee, and make the crooked places straight; i will break in pieces the gates of brass, and cut in sinder the bars of iron.

1. Adversity-Pray against the adversary, Dealing with the Adversary (of your Destiny) 1 Cor 16:9 says ''For a great door and affectual is opened unto me, andd there are many adversaries Amos 3:11 says ''Therefore this saith the lord God an adversary there shall be round about the land, and he shall bring down thy strength from thee, and thy palace shall be spoiled'' Mal 3:10-12 is the secret to conssitently keep your door open and deal with the adversary, devourer, strength destroyer and spoilers.
