These are the truths we hold to — the foundation on which we build our life together as a church.
- There is one God eternally existing in three Persons: God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit.1 John 5:7
- The Bible is the only infallible and authoritative written word of God.2 Timothy 3:16
- Jesus Christ is the Son of God, in His virgin birth and sinless life.John 3:16, Luke 1:26–32, 1 John 3:5
- He lived a vicarious and atoning death, rose again, ascended to the right hand of God, and will return in power and glory to rule.Romans 5:6, Mark 16:6, Mark 16:19, Matthew 25:31
- The only means of being cleansed from sin is through repentance and faith in the precious Blood of Jesus Christ.Romans 10:9–10
- We believe in regeneration by the Holy Ghost, by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a holy life.John 3:6
- We believe in the blessed hope — the rapture of the Saints to heaven at Christ's coming.1 Thessalonians 4:16–17
- We believe in the resurrection of both saints and sinners — the one to everlasting life, the other to everlasting damnation.Revelation 20:5–15
- We believe in the baptism of the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in tongues as the Holy Spirit gives utterance.Acts 2:4
- We believe in divine healing according to the power of God; total dependence on the Holy Spirit; and the importance of good works after regeneration.Luke 5:17, Job 32:8, James 2:14–22
