Introduction
- To have a deep or deeper understanding of any subject of the Bible you need Revelation - Revelation is the highest level of Knowledge or understanding a man or woman can have spiritually
- Revelation is by the operation of the Holy spirit of God. And the Holy ghost that unveils the deep things of God.
- That is the reason why in Eph 1:17-19 Paul prayed for his disciples that the Lord should grant them the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of christ.
- In 1Cor 14:6 Paul said what shall i profit you ecept i shall speak to you either by revelation or by knowledge or by prophesy or by doctrine. The highest here in Revelation. 1Cor 14:26 Also we must speak to the brethren by revelation
- Revelation means the divine and supernatural unveiling of what is not in the unkonwn.
- It is the unveiling of mystery. Making it clear to the understanding of others.
- In Eph 3:3 Paul said "How that by revelation he made known unto me the mystery;(as i wrote afore in few words). Mysteries of the Kingdom of God are made known by revelation
- It is given to us to know of the mysteries of the kingdom but this has to come by revelation. Mt 13:11, Lk 8:10
- Revelation of mysteries has the power to establish a man. Rom 16:25 says "Now to hire that is of power to establish you according to my gospel and the preaching of Jesus Christ according to the revelation od the mystery which is kept secret since the world began".
- Revelation of mysteries by the Holy Ghost comes via.
- A clean heart that is panting after God.
- Atmosphere of divine Presence.
- Rich intake and study of the word
- Deep Meditation on the word of God.
- Intensive and fervant Prayers.
- A life full of the divine mysteries of God by revelation is a life that will excel in life and a life that lack the mysteries of God and the kingdom is a life that will end up in miseries
- Now i like you to know that one of the greatest mysteries of the kingdom of God is the mysteries of GRACE
- You cannot understand grace until the holy spirit gives you revelation. eg. Paul got revelation before he could go to the gentiles Peter: God have to give him revelation before he could understand that grace should be extended to the gentiles.
- This Month of may 2022 we shall be looking at a dimension of Grace
known as Exeeding Grace by Revelation of the Holy Spirit.
So This First Sunday in May 2022 we shall be looking at the title "The Mystery and Power of Exceeding Grace" In 1Pet 4:10 the Bible said "As every man hath received the gift even so minsiter the same one to another as good standards of the manifold grace of God".
- So grace is many fold. It has dimensions for example
- There is the saving grace of God. Eph 2:8-9
- There is the grace that powers a man to do the unusual. Acts 4:3
- There is the grace that is Unmerited favour eg the grace that God
showed to Lot in the destruction of Sodom and Gomorah.
- There is the grace that people find before God by the way they live
their lives eg. Abraham, Noah, David etc. In Heb 4:16 the Bible says "Let us therfore come boldly unto the throne of grace that we my obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.
- There is the grace that come to you in time of need to help you.
- There is the 5th dimension of Grace which is called "Exceeding grace"
- I got this by the revelation of the spirit as i studied and meditated on the word for this month.
- What is Exceeding Grace
- 2Cor 9:14-15 said "And by their prayer for you which long after you the "Exceeding grace of God in you" Thanks be unto God for his unspeakable gift"
- So Exceeding Grace is the Giving Grace
- The Giving grace is the grace that exceeds all Grace.
- 2Cor 8:7 says "Therefore as ye abound in everything in faith and utterance and Knowledge and in all diligence and in your love to us, see that ye abound in this grace also"
- What grace, the grace of giving. The grace that exceeds all other grace.
- The Bible says in Jn 3:16 for God so loved the world that He gave
- At every stage of God's dealing with man we see God demonstrating the Exceeding Grace.
- I think of i how much God has given to you and all mankind. b. Let us follow in the steps of God and christ and abound in the Exceeding Grace.
- What is the Mystery Power of Exceeding Grace.
- It is the mystery and Power of Seed. 2Cor 9:10 says "Now he that ministereth seed to the sower both minister bread for your food and multiply your seed sown, and increase the fruits of your righteousness.
- It is God that gives us both seed and bread Isa 55, 2Cor 9:10
- God can only multiply your seed sown and not your bread. Gen 16:10
- Until a seed is sown it abides alone.
- So someone may have seed and not increase
- A seed not sown will soon become the bread. eg Not paying your tithe when you are suppose to. It will so become bread.
- You do not have the Power of multiplications only God has. Deut 8;18 "Thou shall remember the Lord thy God for its him that give the power to get wealth.
- It is seed that increases the fruits of your righteousness
- This is a mystery Abraham belive God to sacrifice his son Isaac and God counted it for him for righteousness
- You want to be more righteous then increase your seed sowing.
- Pure religion and undefiled before God and the father is this to visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction and to keep himself unspotted from the world" You do not visit such people empty handed. You go with seomething to give.
- What are some of the Mysterious benefits of seed sowing Isa 55:5-13
- Stop thinking as man think as God when it comes to seed sowing and the mysterious benefits of seed shall be yours
- Leave your ways and come to the higher way of God which is Exceeding grace- The Giving grace.
- It is that enlongates your covenant with God and carries it from one generation to another. Gen 17:6-9
- It is seed that makes a room way for you and secure your future. Gen 17:7-8
- Prov 18:16 says "A man's gift maketh room for him, and longeth him before great men.

- This Grace is given to every beliver without exception but the degree to which it is manifested depends on your revelation and understanding Eph 4:7-14
- Exceeding Grace must be operated in Faith. 1Tim 1:14-15
- This Grace of Giving multiplies a man's life against the power of dead. Rom 5:15, Acts 9:36-42
- Exceeding Grace or Giving must be capsulated in Love. 1Tim 1:14-15

- In this kingdom of God Nothing happens per chance or wishing. And these inchurdes Riches or wealth
- There are Principles that governs anything you see happen in the kingdom or life
- There are covenant Practices that perfects your way. Practice makes perfect
- For example the Bible says that to him that believes ther shall be a performance of those things spoken to him by God. Your Behave determines yor practie and your practice delievers the performance of the promises.
- So if God said it and you do not believe there cannot be a manifestation or performance of the promises. eg Abraham God said to him i will make you rich- he began to give Isaac.
- So concerning kingdom Riches. If you do not engage effectively and consistently in the grace of giving do not expect riches. Your giving is the seed that manifests unto riches.
- Lk 6:38 says "Give and it shall be given unto you good measure, Pressed down and shaken together and running over shall men give unto your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete with all it shall be measured to you again"
- Principles of Riches of Exceeding Grace of Giving There are the principles or understanding you must have concerning the grace of giving if it must produce Rcihes or wealth for you. We look 3 Basic Principles today.
- Seed precedes Harvest or Giving precedes Receiving
- Gen 8:20-22 makes us to understand that seedtiring is before harvest. V.22 "While the earth remaineth Seedtire and harvest and cold and heat and summer and winter and day and night shall not cease.
- Phil 4:15 mentioned Giving before Recieving
- Even God has to sow Jesus first in order to receive the souls of men back unto him.
- Elijah said to the widow go and do mine first. 1Kg 17:8-16 (V.13) e. In Mt 6:33 the Bible said "Seek ye first the kingdom of God and all his righteousness and all these things shall be addes unto you:
- So let your giving go fast
- It must be a Proposal giving 2Cor 9:7 says "Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not growing or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver".
- Meaning that your giving shoulld be from your heart
- And the heart must be a clean heart
- It must also be a rejoicing or a cheerful heart
- Crubling destroys the life in your seed
- What purpose must accompany our giving:
- Purpose of glorifying God
- Purpose of personal obedience to God and his word.
- The purpose of your Riches/Wealth. That is to deal with the spirit and manifestation of poverty in any areas of your Life.
- Quality and Quantity are relevant in Christian giving
- This is important if you must enter into the riches of exceeding grace.
- In 2Cor 9:6 the Bible said "But this i say, he which soweth sparingly shall reap sparingly and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully"
- You make your bounty before hand 2Cor 9:5
- Also correct giving is a matter of bounty 2Cor 9:5
- 1Cor 16:2 says your giving should be as God has prospered or blessed you.
- Quality and quantity are measured in referene as God has blessed you. For example- The widows mite Lk 21:1-3, Cain Gen 4:4-7
- To get good quantity your giving must be a planned giving and not accidental. 1Cor 16:2
- Practices that enhance or produce the Riches of Exceeding Grace
- Consistency
- We must give consistently in order to breakthrough into rules.
- In Phil 4:16 Paul said "For even in Thessalonia ye sent once and again unto my necessity. Not because i desire a gift, but i desire fruit that may abound to your account.
- When you give again and again your account will increase.
- Your giving like depositing or investing in a bank. The more you do it the better for you. e. Consistency also is an expression of your faith in what you are doing.
- Please note that it isnot just one giving that wiil bring you your desired level of riches.
- In Gal 6:9 the Bible said "And let us not be wary in well doing for in due season we shall reap if we faint not." Gal 6:7-10, 2Thess 3:13
- (Scope) Coverage
- In the practice of exceeding grace of giving you must ensure you cover all the scope of giving as outlined in Scriptures
- To God: In Tithe and offering mal 3:8-12
- To your Prophet/Pastor/Servants of God 1Cor 9:4-14, Jn 4:43-45
- To your Parents. Exd 20:12, Dt 5:16, Mt 15:4, Mt 19:19, Lk 18:20, Eph 6:2
- To the Poor Around you Dt 15:10-11
- To Orphans and WIdows. 1Tim 5:3, Jam 1:27, Job 22:2-10
- To Kingdom Projects Neh 2:17-18.
- To All men(Women) Gal 6:8-10
- Conservation
- Conservation is very important if we must arrive at the riches of Exceeding grace of living.
- What do we mean by conservation
- It is simply the prvention of wasteful use of resources.
- EXtravengence life is not permitted if you must attain to riches and wealth.
- It is not everything you feel like buying you must buy.
- It is not everything you see you must get at all cost
- You must bring discipline into your life when it comes to spending especially on yourself.
- James 4:3 said "Ye ask and receive not because ye ask amiss that ye may consume it upon your lusts"
- Do not be consumer but an investor and you will increase in riches and wealth.
Conclusion
- God wants us to be enriched in all things as his children.
- And as obedient children we must not fashion ourselves according to the former lusts in our ignorance. That is ignorant of the Exceeding grace of giving the riches that abound through its principles and convenant practices. 1Pet 1:13
- The revelation of this grace in our heart by the Holy spirit will enpower us to overcome the spirit Power and manifestations of poverty. 1Pet 1:13
- Please know that God has pleasure in your prosperity.
- God is pleased when you are a faithful Steward of his manifold grace
- Please let us pray and wage war against all Powers against your riches and prosperity
