Introduction
- When we have Victory we celebrate
- And that is why God Purposed and always wants his children not to be defeated but to have Victory in every area of Life. a. 1Cor 15:57 says But thanks be unto God who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ
- Also in 2Cor 2:14 the Bible said "Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the saviour of his Knowledge by us in every place"
- In this Life God wants us to have Victory over these 5 things:
- Sin- Rom 6;14
- Sickness and Diseases- Dt 7:15
- Poverty- 2Cor 8:9
- Our Enemies- Psa25:2, Psa 41:11
- Death- 1Cor 15:55
- But please understand that as much as these five victories in Life are good and celebration full, they are still temporal.
- Why? Because Time still have power and reigns over them.
- In 2Cor 4:18 the Bible says "While we do not look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen, For the things which are seen are temporary but the things which are not seen are eternal"
- Our supreme Focus should be what happens in Eternity.
- All victories, miracles, greatness in life stops here so we must ensyre we secure eternal victory, miracles and greatness
- What is Total Victory?
- Total victory is victory in Eternity
- Mk 8:36 says "For what shall it profit a man if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?"
- 1Cor 15:19 also says "If in this life only we have hope in christ, we are of all men the most pitable"
- Total victory is the complete victory of a Beliver.
- Total victory is the final victory over the grave and physical death. 1Cor 15:53-55
- Total victory is the victory you have without any battle Left. 2Tim 4:7-8
- You will notice in life that anytime you have victory there is another battle waiting for you to fight.
- Those who die without christ will still have so much battles to fight in hell. The battle will now be for eternity - Total Victory is the resurrection life Victory. That is the Rapure Rev 2:11 says "He that hath an ear, let him hear what the spirit saith unto the churches; He that overcometh shall not be hunt of the second death.
- Rev 20:6 says "Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the Second death hath no power; but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, ans shall reign with him a thousand years"
- Rev 20:14 says "And death and hell(Sinnersgrave) were cast into the lake of Fire. This is the Second death"
- Who Are the partakers of this Second death and the People that will not have total victory? Except they repent in life and accept Jesus as their personal Lord and Saviour?
- Rev 21:8 "But the fearful and unbelivieving and the abominable, and murderers and where mungers, and sorcerars, and idolaters and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimestone which is the Second death"
- So Total Victory is Victory over the Second Death

- What are the Primary bass for Total Victory: 1Cor 15:1-11
- Salvation: 1Cor 15:1-2
- That is recieving the gospel that was preached unto you and getting saved by the power of the gospel.
- In Rom 1:16 Paul the Apostle said "For i am not ashamed of the gospel of christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who behaves for the Jew first and also for the Greek".
- Holding Fast to the End. 1Cor 15:1-2
- That is holding fast the word and standing in the doctrine of the Bible to the end.
- Mt 24:13 says "But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved", Mt 10:22. Mk 13:13
- Heb 6:11 says "And we desire that every one of you do show thesame diligence to the fall assurance of hope unto the end".
- 1Pet 1:13 says "Wherefore gird up the lains of your mind be sober and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ".
- Rev 2:26 says "And he that overcometh and Keepeth my works unto the end to him will i give Power over the nations". Cross Ref: Rev 20:6
- We must hold fast to our personal encounter with Jesus. 1Cor 15:3-9
- We must hold fast to the grace of God that enables us to Labour for Christ to the end. 1Cor 15:10-11
- Holiness
- Heb 12:14 says "Follow peace, with all man and holiness without which no man shall see the Lord".
- So holiness is Key to your eternal and Total Victory.
- 1Thes 4:7 says "For God hath not called us unto uncleaness, but into Holiness
- Eph 4:24 says we are created in righteousness and true Holiness. So we must keep our righteousness and holiness practice for Total Victory.
- 2Cor 7:1 makes us to understand that we must perfect our holiness in the fear of God.
- Rom 6:19 we must yield our member an servants to righteousness and Holiness

- Lk 1:74-75 says we are delivered to serve God in holiness and righteousness all the days of our lives>
- In Rom 1:4 the Bible says tht Jesus was declared to be the Son of God with power, according to the spirit of holiness by the resurrection from the dead. Meaning that it was holiness that powered Jesus to rise from the grave.
- Finally in Rom 6:22 the Bible says "But now being made free from sin, and become servants of God, ye have your fruit into Hoiliness, and the end everlasting Life.
Conclusion
earthly or temporary victory here on earth. 2Cor 4:18
- We must therefore get committed to using the opportunity we have in this Life to secured Total or eternal victory. 1Tim 6:12- Lay hold on Eternal life
- Jesus in your life is the primary base for Total Victory. Col 1:27 - God has promised us Total Victory if we hold the profession of our faith to the end. 1Tim 6:12, Heb 3:1, Heb 4:14, Heb 10:23
- Total Victory is possible by the grace of God and the Power of the gospel of christ. 1Cor 15:10, Rom 1:16
